French Tv Shows Art Style the Amazing World of Gumball
And then Far It's Pretty Good
The Amazing World of Gumball is one of those shows I looked at and said, "How can anyone like that?" But like other shows on Cartoon Network it surprised me to come across it was actually a well written prove.
The show takes place in the fictional urban center of Elmore inhabited by talking animals, animate objects, tyrannosaur, talking peanuts, and other weird things yous wouldn't fifty-fifty look to alive together. The show follows the Watterson family unit, mainly Gumball and his adopted brother Darwin, and their misadventures.
You got Richard, a lazy stay at home dad with good intentions but small intellect. Nicole who is a typical workaholic mom with a brusque fuse but deeply loves her family. Gumball and Darwin are your average pre-teen boys who have all sorts of weird interests and misconceptions on girls, adults and life in general. And their sister Anais who is a child prodigy at 4 years former. Together they get into all sorts of unbelievable situations effectually their firm, school, or city in general.
What I discover really appealing about this bear witness are the characters. Each character has a dissimilar animation style. Ane character tin can be traditionally animated simply another tin be done in CGI. And some other could be a puppet. And another could be an viii-flake video game character. They all have individual character traits and it's really interesting to come across all these animation styles really blend together.
The family is pretty close to real life also. I tin can recollect every bit a child actually getting into some of the fads Gumball and Darwin exercise.
This prove is still pretty new and apparently has a lot more to offering, just from what I've seen it's worth watching a few episodes. I don't really see annihilation that bad for younger kids like I do in shows similar Regular Evidence and the adult sense of humor is subtle plenty for kids to not know what they're missing. I'one thousand looking forward to seeing more of this unique manner in the futurity.
And so far I give The Astonishing Globe of Gumball an 8.five

The Amazing World of Gumball
This show is very entertaining, even for an adult. The innuendos are the funny part. The humour is directed at children below the ages of 13, but information technology makes the evidence a bang-up timepassing tool all the same. The fine art style progressively gets brighter and less "center processed" than information technology was in the start and second seasons. It aged like SpongeBob. I'm a fan of this evidence. Each episode really has no ongoing theme except for some modest bug that tin can later show up randomly. That's what makes this evidence so entertaining to lookout. Instead of clinging onto one episode, waiting for the adjacent to run across what happens, each episode begins something new. You don't have to go on up with 1 plot, and issues having to be fixed and accept to be drawn out into two or 3 episodes. You lot can watch an episode and still go the master plot and thought of it.

Unique and Entertaining
The Astonishing World of Gumball. Reading the name of the testify might make information technology audio utterly absurd, simply that's merely considering y'all haven't seen it. When you get the whole feel of the show, you can run into why they called it that. Everything about TAWOG is unique, harmless, entertaining, and like nothing you've ever seen before-- with funny characters (albeit stereotyped), harmless humor that is well-nigh never crass yet still hilarious (for those who hate Teen Titans Go!) and inventive stories that are a mix of surrealism, drama and over-the-top hilarity. With all that in only ane show, how could anyone maybe resist?
The premise of the testify is simple; it's how the set-upwards is taken to crazy measures that makes everything entertaining. TAWOG takes place in a fictional town called Elmore where everything is just WACKO. The master characters are a family called the Wattersons, who are unintentionally a nuisance to almost anybody around them at some time or another. Nicole is the mother, a blueish cat who is the cliche hard-working mother who strives to back up her family unit. Richard is the begetter, a huge pink bunny (how can two different animals accept offspring that are Non mixed breeds?) who does zero but sit around all 24-hour interval and eat--a rather insulting only admittedly necessary character. There is no mode the family could have been every bit funny without his stupidity thrown in. Gumball, for whom the show is named, is a cat similar his mom--a rather self-centered yet likable character who is the main protagonist. Darwin is his adopted blood brother--a fish with feet that tin live out of water, his constant companion. Lastly, Anais--the genius sister, at four years one-time, a little pinkish bunny a grade above her 2 brothers.
That's simply the beginning of all the weird creatures in this bear witness. The city of Elmore is truly an astonishing place--the championship does non rob the credit it deserves. The boondocks is all realistically photographed backgrounds, which is already unique in a cartoon bear witness. And the inhabitants are anything merely normal--you accept a CGI family of bananas, a iii-d monkey teacher who'south been effectually since the start of time, a cut-out figure with a drawn confront and clothes, two neighbors who oddly resemble muppets, a family of peanuts who happen to take antlers...I could go on. All these different techniques--CGI, live action, and various styles of cartoon animation, are all morphed into one crazy world, seamlessly done and with amazing results.
And the stories--they vary in many means also. You have episodes like "The Fury" and "The Nobody", which are overly dramatic yet entertaining in a weird sort of mode. Yous also take episodes similar "The World", "The Downer", and "The Indicate" which are surrealistic and artistic while staying fun. And and then there's stuff that's but obviously over-the-top funny, similar "The Heist" and "The Tape". While I can think of some episodes I'm not particularly too fond of, I tin can say I haven't seen annihilation that was annoying, not containing whatever humor, and disappointing. That's saying a lot--after all, nigh shows accept poor episodes at i time or another.
TAWOG would be a great show for families to run into. After all, I said there's really nil crass or insulting here, everything's just a heap of expert, clean humour to be had. Overall, "The Amazing Earth of Gumball" gets my vote of x/10--and probably also as existence the all-time testify on the Cartoon Network.
EDIT: Every bit of June 24, 2019, this show has met its pitiful terminate. Although having seen a few episodes of it in 2017, I actually only became a fan at the finish of 2018 to present. This is a wonderful testify and Ben Bocquelet clearly lost his marbles when he decided to give up on information technology. (At least we take an upcoming movie, still in its early on stages, to look forward to). Thankfully, bless their souls, Cartoon Network has not stopped airing it and continues to replay erstwhile episodes as though the thing was nonetheless going stiff. It's my promise that enough of reruns of Gumball are in CN's future.

An under-appreciated jewel!
While shows like "Steven Universe" are more popular on Cartoon Network, I find this to exist meliorate. It'southward mostly because everything is just so wonderful to expect at. Having thousands of reviews on Newgrounds, this seems just like something from that website. It's all the same wonderful in its ain right. You become 2-D animation, CGI, claymation and live action all in one gorgeous package! The characters may accept the best designs I have ever seen. Next to MLP, this has the best animation of any show I've e'er seen in my life! In that location is just and then much movement with these grapheme models.
The characters may have the almost distinct designs of any cartoon characters. It'south not but that they're animated differently, it's that almost none of these characters are the same rex of thing! I could merely continue long list all the different objects these characters are! I really am starting to wonder if the writers just looked around their rooms when thinking of ideas. It'due south the best British cartoon I've ever seen. Information technology is yet pretty Americanized.
Besides all these gorgeous visuals, the characters are astonishing. I love how these kids all act like real kids! I mean, they get jealous, they have crushes, they get big-headed, they go into trouble. As bizarre every bit this show is in the strictest sense, it'due south actually done in a realistic fashion. Information technology reminds me of when the writer of "Regular Prove" say that y'all would never know that these characters were talking things because he wanted to do an accurate story about a group of friends hanging out. I call back Gumball gear up some record for the shortest time to get a really popular model on the MUGEN game. Yeah, look information technology up! All of these characters are and then hilarious.
I beloved how in that location are certain episodes that mock diverse tropes. "The Void" makes fun of Chuck Cunningham Syndrome and "The End" makes fun of Negative Continuity. My favorite episode is "The Safety" as it's just zilch but a massive mocking of cartoon censorship. Autonomously from beingness hilarious from the get get, it really shows what kinds of stuff kids are exposed to and how we're overprotective of them. Penny was frequently depicted in fanart equally a deer, just when she wasn't, they nevertheless made information technology wonderful.
I really think that scene in "The Shell" where Gumball confesses his love to her is one of the nigh heartwarming things I've ever seen in a cartoon. He just says, "That'south not who you lot are, that'south just how you feel" and kisses her in a magic embrace. If simply Dipper did that with Pacifica! All of these characters have their flaws and crazy moments, just they still come off as so real and likable even in this insane environs.
Cheers Ben, for having Gumball beingness the only modern cartoon graphic symbol that's in a steady relationship! I love this couple too because Gumball accidentally hurts Penny similar giving her food she'due south allergic to, twice. Don't run across Finn doing that. Y'all have no idea whatsoever volition happen on the next episode. While the testify's exploits are amazingly wacky, it still gives the states great and endearing characters. Please watch this! 10/10!

As a recent newcomer, I love this show so much.
This testify is arguably a great spiritual successor to both archetype Simpsons and Animaniacs in it'southward sense of sense of humor. Not to say information technology's a perfect show by any means but what evidence is?
People who love cartoons, smart writing, jokes both kids and adults can enjoy, and creative episodes are gonna autumn in beloved with this show existent quick. For starters, I would start with either season two or iii as the first flavour is the worst ane (despite having some proficient episodes in the kickoff season)

One of the all-time Cartoon Network programmes
I've watched some episodes of The Amazing Earth of Gumball and it's absolutely brilliant. This is one of the best cartoons I've ever watched. Information technology's also very funny and baroque.
My favourite character is Richard Walterson because he is the funniest character I've always met. He's an absolute gas.
I'1000 nearly 27 years old and I'yard still watching this drawing.

A variety of humor and characters to please all
This prove is hilarious in many ways. It'southward a children's prove that somehow reaches older ages too.
Characters are created in many ways, such every bit traditional animation, Claymation, stop-move, CGI, pixilation, and even puppets. They're inspired from everyday matter, also. As an case, the burglar is a walking fingerprint. And so y'all take a multifariousness of personalities, such equally Mr. Small-scale, the school counselor that'due south a hippy; Mrs. Simian, the ancient, ill-tempered monkey that is a teacher; a CGI tyrannosaurus rex named Tina; a peanut with antlers named Penny. The list is endless and new things are being discovered in every episode, whether they are costars or hidden in the background. Everything about the setting is lovable.
The family is quite cliché, however, but they manage to be platitude in a new way. Richard, the father, is a epicurean, pink rabbit that does cypher simply sleep, unless his wife Nicole says otherwise. Speaking of Nicole, the blue cat, she'south a workaholic that will accident up on someone at any given moment. She's a freakishly astonishing female parent. Her ways of doing things for her kids is something that'southward not seen very ofttimes in the real world, so although she'south fantastical, her views are good. Gumball, the protagonist, is always getting into trouble with his walking-fish-adopted-brother named Darwin(an ongoing mystery to the series: Where did Darwin come from?). Their troubles are usually adventitious and good-natured. Recall of the Apple Dumpling Gang. Darwin is the 1 that commonly has moral views and wants to do what'southward correct, whereas Gumball wants the same upshot merely reaches it in a more troublesome way. He ofttimes talks Darwin into helping him achieve his goals. Finally, you have Anise, the youngest of the family and for some reason, the smartest. She has a scientific caption for everything that her "dumb" brothers tin't empathize.
The show has a lot of slapstick humor. Equally an example, Gumball was calling someone, and the screen split into two to show the ends of the line. The photographic camera zoomed in on the ane Gumball was calling, merely as it did this, his side of the screen got bigger and bigger until Gumball was crushed on his end, morphing his face into a goofy-looking thing.
But you have to listen to the dialogue, for jokes are hidden in almost every sentence, whether they be hilarious or simple tings that make you grin. Dialogue helped make this show equally funny as it is.
The evidence ha made several references to other things also. There was a scene where Gumball is fighting his brother, Darwin, but they've become pixelated and are jumping into the air with robotic moves. It was spoof off Mortal Kombat. Again, the dialogue related to information technology. One episode, called The Sweaters, brought new characters in, dressed like teenagers from the eighties. They sported big, colorful glasses, leg warmers, and sweaters. And their hair... Eighties-style music can be heard at the terminate.
The show is unbelievably cute at times too as so funny that my parents have even laughed at it. I scene showed Gumball losing his clothes, and in place to encompass the special spots, was that pixelated box that shifts and changes color with movement. It's non raunchy or annihilation. Cipher that should scar kids or offend parents. But sometimes scenes are cute wonderful and heart-touching.
It's rare that an atrocious moment has appeared in the testify, but they accept happened. Yet, any prove can accept those. This bear witness easily outweighs the bad with all it's humor and goodness.
I recall the shows Uncle Granddad and Steven Universe have tried to encompass the hilarity that Gumball wields, merely those shows are too weird to empathize and the humor is minimal or uncreative. Gumball besides doesn't feature creepiness like Take a chance Fourth dimension and Regular Show, although those are popular, for what I don't know. Just I understand that some parents don't allow their young kids to watch those. Gumball is much milder and nicer, more pleasant, even in its ridiculousness.

Best Show Ever Made
Out of all the cartoons and Tv set shows I tin can discover, this is my #i favorite. There's no mode I could find a improve prove than this i. There'due south just no other show I like. Here'southward why. This evidence is adorable, hilarious and simply crawly. The animation is actually good, and I tin't believe this bear witness has both hand-drawn blitheness and CGI. They did a actually smashing job designing the characters, too. I tin't pick one all-time part of the testify, because it's perfect in every fashion. This testify should have been rated TV-Y or TV-G instead of TV-Y7-FV. If yous're looking for a contempo animated show, you'll desire to spotter this one. Overall, I give this a groovy big 10/10. My favorite episodes are "The Responsible" and "The Force per unit area."

Funniest Show On Cartoon Network
I saw the commercial for this show, and was hoping it wasn't going to plough out like Secret Mount Fort Awesome or Problem Solverz. Although, I don't think anything tin can be as bad as those. Only, surprisingly, it was quite good. I was like, "Here We Go...huh, this is good!" It has laughs, weird, yet entertaining, stories, and funny characters. I'll review the characters first. GUMBALL: A fun-loving, detention-getting blueish cat, who could care less nearly school, grades, and hygiene. Gotta love 'im! DARWIN: A more than-hygienic-than-Gumball, orange fish, he cares a tiny chip more virtually school, doesn't clothing wearing apparel (Although you can't see anything), and his legs are 3 times as long as his caput. He is playful, considerate, and doesn't make sense sometimes, he is Gumball's brother. ANAIS: A pinkish bunny, about ane foot tall, and wears the same baby sun-dress every episode, and is smarter than the whole family unit combined. RICHARD: Sleep loving, un-hygienic, sausage-eating, fatty pink bunny, he'due south the dumbest and most irresponsible person in the whole family, yet 1 of the funniest people on the show. NICOLE: The blueish cat mom who is ever a buzzkill, represents the usual overprotective mom who doesn't stop worrying. I am gonna stop right there for the character reviews because that's really all you need to know, because information technology is Gumball's family. The voice acting, I idea, was great and hilarious. No complaints virtually that. I would like to say that I heavily disagree with all of the people who said this testify was horrible. Don't heed to them, readers! Y'all would probably like this show as much as I did. You will probably think the parodies of movies and existent life are funny and random. Ben Bocquelet did a good task creating this show and probably won't be able to pull off a show like this again in his career (Sorry, Ben). I requite information technology a 9/ten because it is funny random, and not trash like Trouble Solverz. Cheers for reading!

I dear it!
The Astonishing World of Gumball is you know...AMAZING! That's why they put "Amazing" in the show's title and then that it tin make sense, am I right? I love the characters, a blue cat, a walking fish, a talking banana, a talking balloon, a walking coconut (I think that's what Penny is), and a bunch more absurd and crazy stuff. Every time Gumball and Darwin scream, I ever have to laugh because they scream like fiddling girls. It was really funny in one episode when Gumball was crossdressing with his momma'due south wedding dress. I cracked up when I saw Gumball crossdress. Every time I'm bored, I e'er accept to watch this bear witness. If you're asking me what I wanna give this funny show, I give it a perfect ten/10.

Up at that place with the finest of Cartoon Network'south New Generation
Warning: Spoilers
When Cartoon Network's new line of programming is brought up, people remember of the following: Adventure Time for its unbridled imagery, Regular Bear witness for its surrealism intertwined with realism and Steven Universe for its earth-building and thematic storytelling/writing.
The Amazing Globe of Gumball, courtesy of Drawing Network Studios Europe, is a show that tin be classified in any of the categories alongside its American contemporaries. What started as a charming project betwixt the UK and America that was crude around the edges eventually blossomed into a show that is on the same league as the to a higher place mentioned shows.
Helmed by onetime in-house development creative person Ben Bocquelet, Gumball chronicles the escapades of the titular blue cat, Gumball Watterson, and his chaotic yet still close-knit family unit; pet-goldfish-turned-blood brother Darwin, child prodigy youngest sister Anais, overbearing and overworked mother Nicole and deadbeat, stay-at-home father Richard. They're admittedly grapheme archetypes that nosotros've seen many times in the past, just the way these archetypes are played with is what makes them truly memorable.
Right off the bat, the most obvious describe to the show is its art style, which is undoubtedly one of the most creative in recent memory. Information technology's a mishmash of individual styles put together (hand-drawn, claymation, 8-bit, finish-motility, alive-activeness, CGI, puppets, and so along) to create the vibrant and illustrious town of Elmore, the show's setting, too equally the vastly various cast of characters. And in an odd yet refreshing way, these styles manage to compliment each other and non look like a slapdash college projection.
Speaking of the characters, Elmore is inhabited past a very charming ensemble with their own divide quirks to distinguish themselves from each other. This is aided by the fact that many of them go their own fourth dimension in the spotlight equally opposed to merely being an reconsideration.
Gumball's comedy is the deal-breaker hither. Is it funny? Yes. Yes, information technology is. As is the standard fare for Western Animation, the humor has something for every age bracket. The show still retains a family-oriented atmosphere, but information technology's non afraid to throw in the occasional joke that flies over kids' heads just adults will completely understand. Season 2'south "The Job" and "The Storm" have two fantastic examples that I'll let yous come across for yourself; it'due south besides good to simply tell you.
Bolstering the humour are the solid writing and voice work. Jacob Hopkins (Gumball) and Terrell Ransem Jr. (Darwin), and their predecessors before them, Logan Grove and Kwesi Boyake, bring the youthful energy that you can expect from their characters' ages. The rest of the principal cast (Teresa Gallagher every bit Nicole, Kyla Rae Kowaleski as Anais and Dan Russell as Richard) besides do a bang-upwards job with their roles.
Now, when I say that the show was initially rough around the edges, that applies more to the first flavour, which was definitely a proficient outing for Mr. Bocquelet. However, information technology'due south gear up back past some tired and quite bluntly abrasive characterization, mainly from the protagonist, Gumball. Depending on the writer, he's either helplessly idiotic, non-as-idiotic just nevertheless something of a loser, or an outright punching bag, physically and emotionally. Not helped is the frequency of mean-spirited episodes in the beginning season such as "The Gi", "The Robot" and (arguably) "The Expletive", or episodes with heed-numbing plots like "The Picnic" and "The Genius".
And that'due south not to say that the rest of Elmore leaves scott-free. Elmore equally a whole is ordinarily the biggest contributor to the mean-spiritedness that I mentioned. Richard Watterson, withal, is arguably the worst of them all. He'due south more or less Homer Simpson if he were an overgrown pink bunny rabbit, except with NONE of Homer's endearing qualities.
Thankfully, the 2nd season on-wards take seen a tremendous comeback in the show's quality, the writing more competent, the characters more consistent, the plots more engaging and mature, and the art style cleaner. And the show has but seen improvement since then.
The point about the art way is kind of subjective in the fandom. A handful of fans preferred the less-defined, less-shadowed and swifter animation from season one, which gave it a rugged appeal, while some other schoolhouse of thought prefer the subsequent 'cleaner' mode with more divers shapes, thicker lines, shadows and slower, slightly-stilted movement. I personally go with the latter.
And that is all I have to say nearly The Amazing World of Gumball. It's an amazing (redundancy non intended) cartoon series that will appeal to a wide demographic much like its contemporaries and predecessors earlier them, thank you to its writing, its art and its characters. Equally of belatedly, I actually hold both Gumball and Steven Universe in college regard than any other show in Cartoon Network'due south new line-up, and that includes the other two powerhouses Adventure Time and Regular Testify.
For new viewers getting into Gumball, I'd recommend the following: "The Painting", "The Meddler", "The Job", "The Third"
This show gets a 10 out of ten from me, and damn right is it deserving of it.
Thank yous, Ben Bocquelet, for this marvel of a testify, and thank you lot, Drawing Network, for your continued support of the show.

Cartoon Network is coming dorsum
This show is one of the apples of our time. I mean, so far, information technology has some sophisticated humour that makes united states of america express joy, and it is on Drawing Network. And it's electric current.
I'd say, it's Adventure Time and Phineas and Ferb combined with Flapjack. I hateful, T-Rexes in 2011? That's not on all of the TV shows today.
Then far, on Cartoon Network, not many shows are proficient. The Problem Solverz and Johnny Examination are two of the things killing it's rating overall. But this evidence is something new, something fresh. Bank check it out! Protecting a store from robbers, wearing a wearing apparel to school...it's fun.

Really funny
Not only is the animation an amazing blend of everything (CG, flash, terminate-motion, traditional and some live-action) Just this show is really damn funny. Gumball humor can go all over the identify and still exist really funny. Gumball and Darwin are a neat duo and work off each other pretty well. The residuum of the family are pretty good to but the i who takes the cake (and eats it to)is the dad, I know the impaired dad cliché is way besides mutual Simply Richard is really a cut above the residue. The side characters are zippo to sneeze at to, Master Chocolate-brown gets some good quips in, Mr.Small is a hippie guidance counselor, The robot is a fan favorite, The ghost girl is cute, and Penny gumball's crush is more than just some token love interest. Anyways I'm just gonna recommend and then episodes to give you an idea what kinda show Gumball is. The Fraud, The Constabulary, The Check, The Shell, The Bus, The question and The origins part 1&2.

Not quite amazing, but very good
Cartoon Network are not as skillful as they were, back in the days when Dexter's Laboratory, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Craven and Powerpuff Girls were airing, only information technology is not a channel to give up hope on. There is trash like Trouble Solvers, Mad and especially Johnny Test(Ben 10: Omniverse is non quite as bad simply an example of a great franchise going a huge step backwards), just there are likewise gems like Regular Evidence and Hazard Time. While it'due south non without its faults The Astonishing World of Gumball is one of Cartoon Network's better shows. In the earlier episodes especially, some jokes do fall flat due to either not being funny or having bad(rushed and fatigued out, starting and catastrophe too early or late) timing, and there are a few tired story lines hither and there.
On the most part however, The Amazing Earth of Gumball is a very skilful show that has gotten ameliorate overtime and has potential to grow even more given the take a chance. The selling points are the blitheness, music and characters. The animation is colourful and wonderfully surreal, the mix of traditional, CGI, terminate-motion and surreal environmental-like backgrounds brand for one very unique visual mode and in a practiced style. The music is bubbly and catchy, e'er memorable and enough to keep you in a skilful mood. The theme tune is non quite a personal favourite(populated with Hanna Barbera and 90s Disney shows admittedly), at least though it'south not as cheesy as the ones for Ben 10: Omniverse and Johnny Test. The characters are admittedly cliché merely they're funny, quirky and cute and fit beautifully within the show'due south overall tone. Gumball is an endearing titular graphic symbol, only the most memorable are Anais and especially Darwin.
Some have shown annoyance towards Richard and understandably, he was annoying to begin with. But once the writing got better the more than easier it was for me to like him meliorate. Besides the begetter figures on the Seth McFarlane shows(specially Peter Griffin on Family Guy) are far more obnoxious. Although the writing and stories for The Amazing Earth of Gumball haven't been consistently perfect, they still have more shining moments than utter failures. Nigh of the humour and writing is smart and hilarious with clever timing, while the stories have a great oddball amuse and are sweetness-natured and fun. The vocalisation acting is slap-up, the vocalism actors of Gumball and Darwin take such a good dynamic and should get more work. To conclude, not quite amazing but very good. It starts off a petty shaky but if you stay with it information technology gets better, and has more potential to grow even more than it is doing.

I am an adult and this is my favorite show.
I am a 42 year sometime man and this prove makes me lol consistently. This show is conspicuously written for me. There are a lot of jokes that will fly directly above the heads of its target audience and at least make me crack a smile, usually express mirth, and sometimes enhance an eyebrow. If you haven't y'all owe it to yourself to at least check it out.

Watch it. No questions, but lookout man information technology
Subsequently previously watching the pilot on YouTube, I was amazed by it I thought the mix of second and 3d was amazing, and I take never seen whatever other TV show do that, to my knowledge of grade. And then a couple of months later, I found out it was a Cartoon Network series and was eager to watch it. After watching my first episode(The DVD), I was speechless and desperately wanted to scout more than. Sadly though, the but way to get it is in dollars on DVD, then I am still waiting for a United kingdom DVD release. But dorsum to the field of study. This show is amazing. Interim, story, Characters. All of it. Just bonkers. I'll begin with the acting and characters. Logan Grove and Kwesi Boyoake as the unforgettable duo Gumball and Darwin Watterson. They go together like butter and toast, simply those two alone could teach kids a valuable lesson nearly friendship. I simply dread the day when Kwesi Boyoake's vocalization breaks.
And the storyline. P.E.R.F.Eastward.C.T. Every episode differs in jokes and story lines, then y'all never get bored of an episode. Unless its a repeat.
Overall 10/x, amazing

The Amazing World of Gumball is bright!
Alarm: Spoilers
Many shows on Cartoon Network have tried and failed to be funny, like the forgettable My Gym Partner'southward a Monkey, Johnny Test, Teen Titans Go or perhaps fifty-fifty Chowder in some episodes (doesn't mean I don't like Chowder though). Still, with the contempo uprising of Regular Show, Adventure Time and The Amazing World of Gumball, I thought it's all-time to review the third testify that, co-ordinate to some people, saved the network.
The setting for starters is really pretty cliché. Information technology takes more often than not things from The Simpsons and doesn't really modify it around. Anyway, other IMDb users have pointed out this flaw already then I tin't say much. However, the sense of humor in Gumball in general is actually funny. In my opinion, information technology is a wide array of humour, like corruption humour in Season i, Slapstick from Flavour 2-present, social commentary in Seasons three-nowadays and random-but-actually- makes-sense-in-the-whole-storyline jokes from Season 2-nowadays.
The writing is actually quite good, with episodes about Gumball going through a rerun of the episode and the Universe collapsing on itself just because Richard got a job. This means that Gumball writers are proficient especially when they find out different ways to break the fourth wall. They can also do heartwarming episodes such every bit The Choices and The Origins Part one and two, but fifty-fifty though information technology's heartwarming and supposed to be serious, the writers manage to add jokes that are actually funny.
The characters. This family started out cliché, but due to all the events that have happened to them over the form of 5 seasons, apparently they volition have some character development. Anais is now more involved with the family unit, equally opposed to Flavor 1 where she got trivial screen time, Richard has been shown to generally intendance for his kids and Gumball and Darwin resolve their conflicts even more in more means and sends a good bulletin to me in my stance.
So I accept talked most good things. Why do I non charge per unit this a ten/x? The reason is because some of the Gumball episodes such as The Girlfriend, The Apprentice and The Boombox are all the worst examples of a character not deserving what they got in my stance (Darwin should accept been given an apology by Jamie in The Girlfriend, Gumball should have had a adept relationship with Patrick Fitzgerald in The Apprentice and Juke should have been able to speak English language in The Boombox). All the same, ane. Some people might like those episodes two. Yous can't make every episode of a evidence good and like information technology.
And then with that in listen, I requite Gumball a 9.8/10

Fantabulous, super-artistic animation. Jam packed with fun popular-culture references. This show is meta and super smart. As far every bit children's shows go, this is one of the best.

Alarm: Spoilers
Let'south offset with the voice interim. Its Information technology'southward pretty good, well-nigh all the acting for each character is a perfect fusion of their historic period and personality. There'south a lot of characters and all of them have pretty interesting traits, and the voice actors do a pretty skilful job of making them assuredly sound like who they're trying to portray. I'll get dorsum to the characters subsequently in this review. Then there's the plot line. The best part about The Amazing World Of Gumball'due south plot is that it'south an exaggeration of existent life issues and topics, much like The Simpsons. Only it does it in sort of a dissimilar mode. They focus more than on taking family and school matters instead. Gumball is a prove near a heart schooler'southward misadventures with his family and friends in a foreign, diverse world. It'southward very interesting how Gumball lives in a earth that's basically an insane twist on reality. The humor of the show is executed well. It should be noted that it's near void of any potty humor. Of grade, there'southward some toilet and fart jokes here and in that location, just it'south more often than not cocky referencing jokes. You accept to know what's going on and call back earlier details sometimes, but the show is very funny if you lot don't have a decent attention span and a somewhat sophisticated mindset. Oh, and I forgot to mention, virtually all of it is relatable to virtually anyone who is somewhat updated with trends and topics. At present for the characters themselves. The show does a adept job of making relatable characters for almost anyone. I think almost all the characters are somewhat enjoyable, but a few are kind of annoying sometimes. Sussie, for example, is a chin daughter whose only gimmick is being weird and gross, and abnormal. It'southward sometimes off putting. Same goes for her family. In one episode which focused on the meaning of love, her parents become on a date and disgust the whole restaurant. And Mr. and Mrs. Robinson are somewhat unlikable besides... Episodes featuring Mr. Robinson are kind of like episodes of Spongebob Squarepants where Squidward is annoyed by Spongebob and Patrick and ends upwardly getting the worst treatment possible. Mrs. Robinson is pretty okay except for a contempo episode, in which she commits nonstop, evil acts against everyone, and gets no penalization at all. Everyone is a victim except her. But sometimes the 2 get some redeeming moments. Sometimes. The grapheme and background design is a rather interesting mix of real life, CGI, and blitheness. To some, information technology may be off putting, but anyone with an open mind can relish information technology. In determination, Gumball is a very great show with charming characters (generally), interesting design, and mannerly plot lines. Definitely recommended.

Gumballs Unique Globe
Warning: Spoilers
I have been effectually some major nostalgia geeks who perceive anything as new bad. I saw this one night flipping through channels and noticed a wacky promo for the show. I was interested but after a few weeks it faded out of my memory. And so several months passed and I saw the kickoff 2 episodes and I was instantly hooked.
The show circles around an anthropomorphic cat and his brother/best friend Darwin. Together they get into wild and sometimes strange adventures. The show also focuses on their sister Anisis, female parent Nicole and father Richard. They all have their quirks and mostly are funny.
Thats ane of the positives and negatives of the show. Some humour makes me laugh...hard other jokes are flat. The Force per unit area while bully had a rather unfunny joke mid way through and broke the episodes enjoyability. Another Negative is the sometimes odd use of staging a joke. Many times the show volition stage a joke likewise belatedly or too early on which may be due to information technology being from Europe who'southward humor is different.
However the superb voice acting from the primary and supporting cast shine through making information technology a very good vocal cast. The animation styles are very fun and refreshing. My personal favorite thing virtually the show is the overly happy soundtrack which include it's rarely used into and the numerous songs in the episodes.
Overall I love this series and recommend it to anyone.

An Amazing World of Characters
At that place are so many characters, none of them normal, only I accept to say that Nicole Waterson is my favorite. Possibly considering she's the closest matter to normal or maybe because she tin can boot. Either manner, the show is funny and all the characters, even the antagonists, are funny.

Dandy testify
If you're looking for something fun, creative, and activeness packed to scout for your children yous should lookout this. This show revolves around the Watterson family who lives in the urban center of Elmore. The father Richard Watterson is pink rabbit who is very sedentary, and the workaholic mother Nicole Watterson have 2 children a prodigy 4 year old Anais and entertaining Gumball Watterson. They besides have an adopted son Darwin Watterson (formerly a pet fish). Gumball and Darwin will always put a smiling on peoples faces with their wild antics and craziness. It is very like shooting fish in a barrel to find things funny in this series. For case, in the Christmas episode Richard runs over a homeless man thinking it's Santa, or in the episode "The Guy" when Gumball dresses up as a waiter and gives Anais's friend a meat shake. In the same episode Anais'south friend is talking nigh worshipping a space frog that hatched out of a meat egg. Gumball'southward and Darwin'south school counselor Mr. Small likewise paints on 6 nipples and wears a loincloth saying redheads "actually are the descendants of alien race". I'yard terrible at writing reviews but seriously if my review didn't assist y'all should still give this testify a try. I'm not the best at showing things in the best possible light.
